TLC Plumbing Heating Cooling Electrical is seeking a Service Coordinator (Customer Service & Dispatcher Trainee) to join our Operations Team. This is more than an office position—it's an opportunity to build a long-term career in customer service and operations.
As a Service Coordinator, you'll serve as the communication hub between our customers, technicians, and office staff. You'll provide exceptional customer service, coordinate scheduling, support daily office operations, and receive hands-on training to become a Service Dispatcher. If you're organized, adaptable, and enjoy working with people, we'll provide the tools and training to help you succeed.
Job Responsibilities
Customer Service

Deliver exceptional customer service by answering incoming calls and assisting customers with professionalism and empathy.

Schedule service appointments and provide customers with updates regarding their service requests.

Answer questions, resolve concerns, and ensure every customer has a positive experience.

Scheduling & Operations

Schedule and coordinate service appointments efficiently.

Learn dispatch procedures and assist with technician scheduling and routing.

Communicate with technicians, dispatchers, managers, and office staff to support daily operations.

Monitor incoming emails, voicemails, and customer requests to ensure timely responses.

Help maintain technician productivity and daily workflow.

Assist in coordinating emergency or priority service calls as needed.
Administrative Support

Enter and maintain accurate customer information, work orders, and service records.

Assist with invoices, purchase orders, billing support, and general administrative tasks.

Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and business documents.

Maintain organized office files and records.

Assist with ordering office supplies and maintaining an organized office environment.

Support leadership and team members with projects and day-to-day operational needs.
