Contract / Contract-to-hire
Pay: $40-$55hr
You will design and integrate PCBAs, working with processors, FPGAs (integration only), sensors, and high-speed interfaces. This is a practical, lab-driven role with direct ownership of hardware from concept through bring-up, validation, and transition to production.

What This Role Is (and Is Not)
This is a hands-on hardware design role focused on board-level development This role is centered on hands-on board-level hardware design. Candidates with strong hands-on experience in one or more applicable areas, including schematic and board design, power management, design analysis, DFM/DFT and manufacturing support, lab bring-up, testing, troubleshooting, or subsystem integration, are encouraged to apply.
Required Qualifications:
- You will work with FPGAs at the system and interface level — not design FPGA code or RTL
- This is not a coordination-only or documentation-heavy position
- A bachelor’s degree in electrical or Electronic Engineering and at least 5 years of relevant experience in the industry (defense/government contractor experience preferred but not required)
- Experience with one of the following: Mentor Graphics, Cadence, and/or Altium
- Ability to travel 10%
- Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance
