As a Warehouse Associate at Urva Prep Center, you'll play a key role in the daily operations of our fulfillment center. Your responsibilities will include receiving, sorting, prepping, and organizing client inventory with accuracy and efficiency. We're looking for reliable, detail-oriented individuals who are comfortable working on their feet, lifting packages, and following standard procedures. This is a fast-paced, team-based role with opportunities for growth as we continue to expand.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be okay with avoiding any phone usage while working.
- Must be able to lift boxes weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift
- Must be able to stand for most of the shift while processing and shipping orders
- Must take a typing test during your interview (about 90% of tasks are computer-based)
Bonuses

- Prior experience doing order fulfillment in a warehouse.

Responsibilities
- Receive and process inbound shipments from clients
- Organize and store client inventory on warehouse shelves
- Pick and prepare inventory for Amazon FBA shipments
- Create and manage FBA shipments in compliance with Amazon standards
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship direct-to-consumer (DTC) orders
Shifts
8 Hour Shifts
- 7:00AM-3:00PM (Outbound primarily)
- 3:00PM-11:00PM (Inbound primarily)
5 Hour Shifts
- 7:00AM-12:00PM
- 12:00-5:00PM
- 3:00PM-8:00PM
Examples of a Bad Fit
We want to be upfront about behaviors that don’t work well in our warehouse. These are real issues that led to employees being let go.
- Arriving late on a regular occurrence.
- Phone usage during shifts without clocking out.
- Ignoring supervisor instructions or refusing to follow direction.
- Repeated mistakes on simple tasks after training and reminders.
Compensation
This position starts at $15.00/hr. We reward team members who take initiative, develop new skills, and help strengthen our warehouse operations.

- Take on more responsibility by closing the warehouse and serving as the first point of contact when the operations manager is off-site. This role requires strong reliability and leadership skills, and at least one year of employment with the company.
Forklift Certification (soon)
- Getting certified to operate a forklift will let you handle our forklift whenever pallets need to be unloaded from trucks.
