Join the La Crosse Area Family YMCA as our Donor and Volunteer Experience Director. This role supports fundraising, donor stewardship, volunteer engagement, and special events that strengthen the Y’s mission and community impact.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Coordinate donor stewardship, gift processing, campaign support, and donor communications.

Plan and support YMCA fundraising events, including committees, vendors, promotions, and event logistics.

Coordinate volunteers from community partners for YMCA events and other short-term volunteer opportunities.

Collaborate with staff, committees, community partners, and volunteers to advance fundraising and volunteer goals.

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or 3–5 years of experience in fundraising, events, outreach, communications, or nonprofit work, is preferred.

Strong communication, organization, relationship-building, and presentation skills.

Ability to work with diverse groups and represent the YMCA’s mission and values.

Experience with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, Canva or Adobe Design Suite, social media platforms, and basic marketing tools preferred.

CPR/First Aid certification required within 3 months of hire.
