The Veterinary Training Program Director will oversee both the strategic development and day-to-day operations of a veterinary surgical training program. This individual will serve as the lead surgical instructor while managing a team of veterinary professionals dedicated to delivering advanced surgical education.

Lead and oversee the daily operations of a veterinary surgical training program.

Manage and develop a team of veterinary professionals, ensuring high standards of patient care and instructional excellence.

Deliver hands-on surgical training and mentorship to licensed veterinarians.

Serve as the primary instructor for high-volume spay and neuter surgical procedures.

Oversee perioperative patient care, including pre-operative evaluation, anesthesia considerations, post-operative recovery, and complication management.

Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM or equivalent).

Eligible for veterinary licensure within the state of employment.
