Responsibilities: Plan and implement instruction to ensure that all students are able to access instruction while planning for variability.Use of data to inform instruction, to track student progress and to track progress of self through self-evaluation and goal settingDeliver engaging, targeted instruction that meets MA Standards for level and subject taughtDifferentiate services and instruction to meet a variety of student learning needs and strengthsMaintain active communication with students families in support of their learning and to communicate with families consistently and regularly throughout the school year about their childrens academic and social progressAssess student performance using formal and informal assessmentsMaintain and organize accurate records and confidential informationPerform other duties as assigned by the principal
