We are seeking a Contracts Administrator who wants to go beyond processing agreements and play a meaningful role in how the business operates and grows. This position sits at the center of our contract activity, helping ensure that agreements are not only well-managed, but also aligned with strategic and financial goals.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams and leadership to bring structure, visibility, and insight to our contract portfolio in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
What you will do:

Own the day-to-day management of a diverse contract portfolio, including leases, vendor agreements, and business transactions

Draft and review contracts, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and alignment with business objectives

Track and proactively manage key dates, deliverables, and obligations across all agreements

Analyze contract terms to identify risks, gaps, and opportunities, and support negotiation efforts

Maintain organized, audit-ready contract records and ensure documentation is consistently up to date

Partner with internal stakeholders across finance, operations, and legal to ensure contracts support business and financial goals

Coordinate with outside counsel on complex agreements, escalations, and litigation support

Support audits, disputes, and compliance efforts through document collection and detailed recordkeeping

Prepare reporting and summaries that provide visibility into contract status, risks, and key milestones
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:-
4–7 years of experience in contract administration or a related field

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline

Hands-on experience with contract lifecycle management or document management systems

Strong analytical and organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-moving environment

Clear and confident communication skills, with the ability to work across teams
Bonus Points if you have:
- Experience supporting commercial contracts, leasing, or litigation-related matters

Familiarity with systems such as Visual Lease, FinQuery, or similar tools

Paralegal certification, JD, or relevant legal experience
The pay range for this position is $70,304 to $85,000, depending on experience
