Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating Vertical Milling CNC machines to produce precision parts and components according to specifications. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical processes and the ability to work with various materials, ensuring high-quality output while adhering to safety standards.
Duties
· Must know how to set-up and operate Vertical CNC Mills:
· Doosan with Fanuc i series controller.
· Akira Seiki with Mitsubishi Controller
- Operate CNC machines, including setting up and adjusting tools as needed.
- Read and interpret technical drawings to machine parts accurately.
- Utilize precision measuring instruments to ensure parts meet specifications.
- Conduct routine maintenance on machines and troubleshoot any issues that arise during production.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and implement lean manufacturing practices.
Qualifications
- CNC Machining, Vertical Mill, 2 years experience
- Experience with precision measuring instruments for quality control.
- Vietnamese speaking preferred but not required.

Mon – Friday: 7:00am – 3:30pm
Optional Overtime
Mon – Thursday: 6:00am – 4:30pm (2 Hours overtime)
Friday: 6:00am – 4:30pm (1 Hours overtime)
Saturday: 5:00am – 11:30am (6 Hours overtime)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $27.00 - $29.00 per hour
