Brain Spine Health, a neuropsychiatric practice under Dr. Harpreet Singh, MD, PC, serves patients with complex neurological and psychiatric conditions in Las Vegas. Our services include TMS/rTMS therapy, pain management, and traumatic brain injury (TBI) care. We are expanding our presence in the Las Vegas area and are looking for an experienced Marketing Representative to build referral relationships and grow community awareness of our services.
Position Summary
We are seeking a self-motivated, experienced marketing professional to develop and maintain referral partnerships and drive patient growth. The ideal candidate understands how neuropsychiatric practices generate referrals through personal injury (PI) channels and how to market effectively to private-pay patients. This is a part-time role with significant fieldwork, so reliable transportation and a willingness to travel throughout the Las Vegas metro area are essential.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain referral relationships with personal injury attorneys, law firms, and case managers
- Develop marketing strategies targeted at private-pay patients seeking neuropsychiatric care
- Represent the practice at attorney offices, referring provider offices, community events, and networking functions
- Track outreach activity, referral sources, and campaign results
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to align marketing with practice capacity and services
- Identify new growth opportunities within the Las Vegas market
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Proven marketing experience, preferably in healthcare or a medical practice setting
- Direct experience with personal injury (PI) referral marketing and private-pay practice marketing for neuropsychiatric or related conditions
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills
- Self-directed and able to manage a field-based schedule independently
Requirements
- Must have a reliable personal vehicle and valid driver's license
- Must be willing to travel throughout the Las Vegas area
- Availability for a part-time schedule
