We are seeking a Delivery Driver to join our team! You will deliver dinner to our hungry customers! In between deliveries, responsibilities include, but not limited to ; fold boxes, wash dishes, and assist carryout customers.
Base pay is 9$ an hour Plus 1.50 per delivery and tips! 1$ raise after 30 days. Total wages typically over 20$ an hour.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver products to customer locations in a timely manner
- Answer the phone, take orders, highlight tickers, take care of guests.
- Communicate efficiently and clearly with guests
- Load and unload vehicle
- Collect on unpaid orders and give correct change
- Inspect and monitor delivery vehicle
- Maintain accurate inventory of packages and materials
- Hustle on your feet not on the street
- Assist carryout customers in-between runs
- Fold boxes
- Clean as needed
- Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes.
- Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, utensils, and appliances
Qualifications:
- Experience in delivery driving, customer service, or other related fields
- No more than 2 tickets in the past 2 years
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Deadline-oriented
- Fast thinker
- Able to take 2-3 deliveries and route them efficiently
- Smartphone knowledge and ability to use a app to collect credit card payments
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Can do basic math in your head
- Valid Drivers License
- Reliable vehicle in good working order
- Great attitude and willing to adapt to situations
- Love talking to people
- Strong attention to detail
