Commercial Support Specialist is a new position we have created.
A CSS will be assigned a regular cleaning schedule of locations that will make up approximately 30 - 50% of their hours. The remaining weekly hours will be highly variable.
A CSS would report directly to our Commercial Operations Manager
The CSS position would alleviate the Ops manager from being out in the field cleaning when we have absent cleaning professionals, start a new account, or have misc. cleaning projects.
What we need from you
Cover Shifts - for planned time off & unplanned call-offs
- We promise our clients that we never skip cleanings.
- Covering a shift also presents an opportunity to inspect the cleanliness of the building.
New Accounts - initial cleaning & train assigned cleaning professionals.
Quality Inspections - visiting buildings to inspect cleanings and record feedback
Supervising Teams - organizing & delegating cleaning tasks to cleaning teams
Deep Cleans - initial cleans for new accounts or post construction cleans for current clients
Errands - dropping off supplies, installing dilution dispensers, picking up keys
Project Work - window cleaning, carpet cleaning, VCT strip & wax, post construction cleaning, etc.
*Project work is optional. Bonus points if you have related experience
Hours / Full-Time
This is a full time position that requires some flexibility. We clean 7 days per week but will work with you to develop a 5 day work week. Please keep in mind that the majority of our weeknight cleaning shifts occur between 5pm and early morning hours. Our weekend cleanings are spread out from Friday evening through Sunday afternoon.

65+ locations across Porter & Lake counties. We serve Offices, Manufacturing, Medical, & Educational facilities.
Our furthest locations from our home office in Valparaiso are in Hammond (45 minutes West) and Union Mills (25 minutes East). Keep in mind that approximately 70% of the locations that we service are between Portage & Valpo.
