Schedule: Morning or afternoon shift availability. The center is open Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m., with two front-desk employees sharing coverage during those hours. Applicants do not need to be available for both shifts.

About Great Falls Movement Center
Great Falls Movement Center is a boutique wellness facility that opened in October 2025. Our collaborative center brings together Great Falls Physical Therapy, Great Falls Pilates, personal training, and restorative wellness services under one roof.
We are seeking friendly, organized, and proactive individuals to provide administrative support primarily for Great Falls Physical Therapy, while also managing front-desk responsibilities for the broader Great Falls Movement Center.
Two employees will share front-desk coverage during the center’s operating hours. Candidates may be considered for either a morning or afternoon shift based on their availability and the needs of the center.
This role is especially well suited for a student or recent graduate interested in physical therapy, healthcare, exercise science, kinesiology, sports medicine, or another wellness-related field. It offers firsthand exposure to the daily operations of a physical therapy practice and a collaborative healthcare environment.
Primary Responsibilities: Great Falls Physical Therapy
- Provide day-to-day administrative and front-desk support for the physical therapy practice
- Greet and check in physical therapy patients in a warm and professional manner
- Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments
- Answer phone calls and respond to patient questions clearly and courteously
- Collect payments and assist with other patient account tasks as directed
- Maintain accurate patient information within scheduling and administrative systems
- Assist patients with required forms and administrative paperwork
- Communicate scheduling updates and relevant administrative information to physical therapists
- Help resolve routine patient concerns promptly and professionally
- Maintain patient privacy and follow all applicable confidentiality and HIPAA requirements
- Learn Great Falls Physical Therapy’s services, policies, and procedures to assist current and prospective patients effectively
- Perform other administrative duties that support the physical therapy practice
Great Falls Movement Center Front Desk Responsibilities
- Assist with opening, closing, or transitioning the front desk based on the assigned shift
- Welcome all Great Falls Movement Center clients and guests
- Assist with scheduling and payments for Great Falls Pilates, personal training, restorative wellness, and other center services
- Answer and direct general facility phone calls
- Learn and maintain a strong understanding of all services offered within the center
- Use multiple scheduling and payment systems to coordinate services across the facility
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and shared spaces
- Ensure restorative wellness rooms are clean, organized, and reset between client sessions
- Assist clients with entering treatment or wellness rooms when needed
- Communicate effectively with practitioners and other team members
- Support additional front-desk and facility needs as they arise
Requirements
- Availability for either a morning or afternoon shift between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Clear and professional verbal and written communication
- Fluency in English

- Previous medical office, physical therapy, receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience preferred but not required
