We're looking for a part-time Customer Service Representative who is friendly, organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys helping people. This position offers flexible scheduling during our Monday–Friday business hours, making it an excellent opportunity for someone seeking work-life balance while building a rewarding career in the insurance industry.
As a CSR, you'll play an important role in building lasting relationships with our clients by assisting with policy changes, answering coverage questions, processing payments, and providing exceptional customer service. What You'll Do
- Provide friendly, professional service by phone, email, and in person.
- Assist clients with policy questions, billing inquiries, endorsements, and general account servicing.
- Help clients understand their insurance coverage and direct them to the appropriate team member when needed.
- Process policy changes, payments, and documentation accurately and efficiently.
- Follow up with clients regarding renewals, missing information, or service requests.
- Maintain accurate customer records using agency management software.
- Work closely with producers and other team members to ensure an outstanding client experience.
- Support the agency with additional administrative and customer service tasks as needed.
What We're Looking For
- Previous customer service experience required; insurance, banking, or financial services experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with great attention to detail.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning new software systems.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Must be able to obtain a Property & Casualty insurance license within 90 days of hire. Licensing assistance is provided.
