Duties
- Provide in-depth knowledge about cigar varieties, flavors, and pairing options to educate and excite customers.
- Assist customers in selecting cigars that match their preferences and occasion, ensuring personalized service.
- Collect customer feedback and data to inform inventory decisions and improve overall service delivery.
- Promote upcoming events such as cigar tastings or marketing campaigns to increase foot traffic and customer engagement.
- Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
Skills
- Proven experience in food service or retail environments with a focus on customer interaction.
- Strong communication skills for effective client consultation, public speaking, and social media engagement.
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to connect with diverse customer bases.
