Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Key Holder/Sales Associate to join our dynamic retail team. Duties
- Greet customers warmly, providing expert assistance and product knowledge to enhance their shopping experience
- Support daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and POS (Point of Sale) system transactions
- Assist in inventory management by stocking shelves, conducting stock counts, and managing inventory control processes
- Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service and resolving issues promptly
- Supervise sales associates during shifts, ensuring team productivity and adherence to company policies
- Execute merchandising strategies by organizing displays, pricing products accurately, and maintaining store presentation standards
- Support recruiting efforts through participating in employee orientation and training programs
Requirements
- Proven experience in retail sales with a strong background in customer service and sales management
- Demonstrated supervisory or leadership experience within a retail environment
- Excellent communication skills, including managerial communication and phone etiquette
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer needs
- Knowledge of POS systems, inventory management software, and operational procedures
- Ability to perform basic math calculations for cash handling, pricing, and retail math tasks
- Experience with shift management, operational management, and retail store product knowledge
- Familiarity with merchandising, stocking procedures, marketing initiatives, and wireless sales is a plus
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with a focus on training & development and team management skills
- Ability to manage time effectively while handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
