About Us: Growing Kids Pediatric Therapy is an outpatient pediatric speech, physical and occupational therapy practice. We are committed to providing comprehensive evaluation and treatment for children with various diagnoses and disorders in a friendly and supportive atmosphere.
Position Overview: We are currently seeking a Speech Therapist to join our dedicated team to assist with evaluations. The ideal candidate will be passionate, enthusiastic, and dedicated to making a positive impact in the lives of children.
Responsibilities:
Conducting evaluations to assess fine and gross motor skills as well as sensory processing disorders.
Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans following Medicaid guidelines
Collaborating with other members of the therapy team and communicating with parents/caregivers
Requirements:
Master's degree in speech therapy or relevant field
Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure
Passion for working with children and helping them reach their full potential
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Per diem
Pay: $75.00 - $100.00 per hour
