Job Description- Lead Carpentar
- Oversee and manage all carpentry work on the project site, ensuring that the project is completed on time and within budget, including materials and labor
- Oversee the selection and purchasing of materials needed for the project; make cost-effective decisions while maintaining quality standards
- Lead, supervise and mentor internal team; assign responsibilities and ensure they are properly executed
- Collaborate with Project Managers, subcontractors, and internal team to ensure the project is progressing as planned
- Communicate effectively with clients, supervisors, contractors and internal team, providing updates on the progress of the project, any delays, and potential issues
- Address challenges and resolve issues as they arise during construction
- Adapt plans when necessary to accommodate changes in design, unforeseen conditions or material or labor shortages
- Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and drawings, and translate plans into actionable tasks for the team
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure the team follows all safety guidelines, including use of PPE, maintenance of tools and equipment, and proper handling and storage of materials on-site
- Ensure all carpentry work is completed to high standards, with attention to detail and quality
- Inspect all work, during and after completion, to ensure it meets specifications and industry standards

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
