This is an opportunity to join the Missouri Vital Enterprise Resource System (MOVERS) team as a Conversion Analyst. As a member of the MOVERS project team, you will have the opportunity to utilize your technical expertise to support the efforts of the State of Missouri in the implementation and support of a modern ERP system.

This position is with the Office of Administration supporting Missouri Vital Enterprise Resource System (MOVERS).
Responsibilities - What you’ll do
- This role will work with the conversion lead assisting in conversion planning and execution.
- Participate in technical design, development and build of conversion objects.
- Data mapping of legacy source system(s) data to target.
- Develop ETL processing procedures.
- Validation and testing of conversion objects.
- Execute documented conversion steps during mock conversions and participate in go live implementation.
Qualifications - All you need for success
- Expertise required in technical writing, data analysis, data management, data conversion and ETL processes.
- Prior experience with data management tools such as SQL Server Management Studio, TOAD, Oracle SQL Developer or equivalent is preferred.
- PowerShell or similar scripting language experience for task automation is desirable.
- Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Work in a collaborative manner with co-workers, customers, and vendors.
- Effectively communicate in both verbal and written formats.
- Self-motivated, exercise independent judgment, and take action on it.
- Effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure.
- Successful background check results are required for employment in this position. This may include background checks involving a candidate’s name and/or fingerprints and other screenings as needed for the specific position.
