We are looking to hire a reliable and hardworking Landscape Laborer to join our growing team. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors, staying active, and learning hands-on skills in the landscaping and hardscaping industry. No experience is required — you will always be working alongside experienced crew members who will provide training and guidance on the job.
Responsibilities
- Spring and fall cleanups
- Sod installation and lawn projects
- Irrigation system installation and repairs
- Drainage solutions and site work
- Hardscape installation including patios, walkways, retaining walls, and outdoor living features
- Loading/unloading materials and keeping job sites clean and organized
- Operating basic landscaping tools and equipment
Requirements
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to lift and carry heavy materials when needed
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team
Experience
No experience necessary. We are willing to train the right person.
