Salary Range: $220,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year

Valid Property & Casualty insurance license for the state of Connecticut.
Five or more years of experience managing insurance portfolios or agency operations.
Deep understanding of commercial and personal lines underwriting guidelines.
Strong track record of mentoring and developing sales staff.
Confidence in using industry-standard agency management software.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
Professional certification such as CIC or CPCU.
Oversee the daily operations of our Bristol office to ensure we maintain our high standards of service.
Cultivate relationships with our local client base to provide personalized protection strategies.
Review and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for growth and improvement.
Coach and support junior team members as they develop their own insurance careers.
Represent The Atlantic District at community events and local business forums.
Monitor insurance market trends to keep our offerings competitive and relevant for our neighbors.
