Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our Early Childhood Program staff. This role requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle various administrative tasks efficiently.
Duties
- Greet and assist families and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Manage incoming calls and redirect them appropriately
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Provide administrative support to staff as needed
- Utilize Google Suite for various office tasks
Experience
- Proven experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or in a similar role, ideally in an educational environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Previous experience in front desk operations is a plus
- Familiarity with general office equipment and procedures
