The Longevity Center is a physician-directed longevity and preventive medicine practice with locations in Englewood (Bergen County) and Lakewood (Ocean County), NJ. We deliver evidence-based health optimization services in an elevated, spa-inspired clinical environment — and we're growing. This is a ground-floor opportunity to build and shape a longevity practice alongside an established, successful medical organization with existing infrastructure, patient base, and operational support.
The Opportunity
We are seeking a Functional Medicine Clinician to serve as the clinical driver of our longevity program. You'll conduct comprehensive health evaluations, and oversee our full suite of wellness modalities. The role begins part-time with a clear path to full-time as the practice you help build grows .
Who We're Looking For
The ideal candidate is someone who has a strong interest in anti-aging, functional, or regenerative medicine — a clinician focused on optimizing healthspan, hormone balance, and cellular wellness rather than solely treating established disease. The following backgrounds are especially well suited to this role:
- Trained specialists who have completed advanced training through the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M), the Age Management Medicine Group (AMMG), or the American College of Lifestyle Medicine
- Functional medicine physicians, or other clinicians particularly those certified through the Institute for Functional Medicine (IFM), who investigate the root causes of hormonal imbalance and apply tailored nutrition, bioidentical hormone therapy, and peptide protocols
Responsibilities
- Conduct clinician -guided health evaluations, including comprehensive lab review, biomarker analysis, and personalized longevity planning
- Prescribe under the lead MD the management of hormone replacement therapy (HRT) and testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), including ongoing monitoring and dose titration
- Develop and oversee peptide therapy protocols in the future after a training nprogram is complete.
- Provide medical oversight of IV vitamin infusion therapy and injection services
- Incorporate adjunct modalities into patient care plans: red light therapy, cold plunge, sauna, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, and lymphatic drainage therapy
- Collaborate with our Medical Director and clinical support staff
Qualifications
- NP, PA, or an MD or DO with an active, unrestricted New Jersey or New York medical license (required)
- Board certification (family medicine, internal medicine, or related specialty preferred)
- Training or certification in functional medicine (IFM/A4M/AMMG or equivalent) strongly preferred or has exeperience or a very strong interest in this field.
- Demonstrated clinical experience with HRT and TRT (not required); peptide therapy experience a plus, not required.
- Familiarity with IV nutrient therapy and wellness modalities (red light, cold exposure, sauna, hyperbaric, lymphatic drainage) a plus
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
