Ascendo Resources is partnering with an industry leader to identify an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join their growing team. This is a highly visible leadership opportunity responsible for driving quality initiatives, leading audit readiness, and ensuring compliance across manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in quality systems, fabrication processes, and regulatory compliance while leading and developing a high-performing QA team.
- Lead and oversee the company's Quality Assurance program across multiple operating entities.

Ensure compliance with ISO, NQA-1, ASME Section VIII, and customer quality requirements.

Perform general and project-specific quality oversight to verify processes and documentation meet contractual and regulatory standards.

Prepare for, lead, and support internal, customer, and third-party audits and inspections.

Serve as the primary liaison with auditors, inspectors, and regulatory agencies throughout the audit process.

Review quality documentation, inspection records, and nonconforming material reports for accuracy and completeness.

Manage customer complaints, field issues, root cause investigations, and corrective actions through closure.

Maintain and manage the approved supplier program.

Lead personnel qualification and training programs, ensuring certifications, records, and compliance requirements remain current.

Develop, maintain, and continuously improve quality policies, procedures, and systems.

Lead and mentor a team of quality professionals while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Quality Management, or a related field.

5+ years of Quality Assurance leadership experience within manufacturing, fabrication, or industrial environments.

Strong working knowledge of ISO, NQA-1, and/or ASME Section VIII quality systems.

Hands-on experience with metal fabrication, pipe fabrication, machining, welding, and coating/painting processes.

Proven experience leading audits, inspections, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Preferred:
- ASNT SNT-TC-1A Level II Certifications (VT, PT, MT)

Certified Welding Inspector (CWI)
