Answer and direct incoming phone calls

Provide refreshments and assist guests during their visit

Help identify customer needs and connect them with the right team member

Share basic information and assist with general inquiries

Learn and follow dealership procedures and phone systems

Support the team with additional tasks as needed

Monday & Tuesday: 3:00 PM 8:00 PM (alternating)

Wednesday Friday: 3:00 PM 8:00 PM

Saturday: 8:00 AM 2:30 PM or 2:30 PM 8:00 PM

Sunday: 12:00 PM 7:00 PM (alternating)
