We're seeking a detail-oriented Financial Accountant to support financial reporting, compliance, job costing, and month-end close activities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. What You'll Do

Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end close support

Support revenue recognition and job cost accounting

Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules

Prepare sales & use tax, property tax, and other compliance filings

Assist with annual audits and tax return preparation

Analyze financial data and drive process improvements

Ensure accurate general ledger reporting and financial records
What We're Looking For

5+ years of financial accounting experience

Manufacturing or service industry experience preferred

CPA or accounting certification is a plus

Knowledge of sales tax compliance

Advanced Excel and accounting system skills

Strong analytical, organizational, and communication abilities
