Summary
's Maintenance Technician position is vital to ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities. Located in the United States, this role supports our commitment to quality and efficiency by maintaining and repairing equipment critical to our production processes.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment and facilities.
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and PLC systems using schematics and diagnostic tools.
- Operate and maintain CMMS for work orders and documentation.
- Lead small teams or supervise maintenance activities as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
- Assist in welding, electrical repairs, and general facilities upkeep.
- Document maintenance procedures and improvements.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the maintenance department.
Qualifications
- Proven experience with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and electrical systems.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with ability to read schematics.
- Experience with facilities maintenance in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in CMMS software.
- Ability to troubleshoot using tools like ohmmeters.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Supervisory or leadership experience is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.
