Duties
- Greet customers warmly and provide knowledgeable assistance to enhance their shopping experience
- Promote and sell retail products, financial services, and retail lending options to meet customer needs
- Process cash transactions accurately using cash registers, cash drawers, and cash management systems
- Handle retail math calculations, including basic math, 10 key typing, and cash handling procedures
- Assist with loan processing, collections, and related financial transactions with attention to detail
- Maintain accurate data entry records for sales, customer information, and financial transactions
- Support store operations by managing the cash drawer, balancing registers, and ensuring proper cash management practices
Requirements
- Prior retail sales or retail store experience preferred; strong customer service skills essential
- Familiarity with banking or financial services is a plus; understanding of retail lending is advantageous
- Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately and efficiently
- Experience with data entry, cash handling, cashiering, and processing cash transactions required
- Knowledge of financial software or point-of-sale systems is beneficial
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly attitude to connect with diverse customers
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work flexible hours as needed
