Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS system Toast
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards and ensuring guest satisfaction
- Process sales transactions efficiently, including cash handling, credit card processing, and upselling beverages or menu items to maximize sales opportunities
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas, including bussing tables and resetting for new guests
- Assist with food preparation, beverage service and ensure food safety protocols are followed
- Support team members with food handling, sanitation, and general restaurant operations as needed
- Demonstrate excellent guest relations by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and creating a welcoming environment
Qualifications
- Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly preferred
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
- Proven ability to upsell menu items confidently to increase sales revenue
- Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and managing cash handling responsibilities
- Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices in a restaurant environment
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly attitude and positive energy
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be 21 years of age or older to mix and serve beer, wine, and mimosas.

Pay: $17.13 - $21.00 per hour
