Job Responsibilities

Perform system design, preventative maintenance, repair, installation and commissioning of Direct Digital Control (DDC) Systems.

Trouble shoot issues that arise during service visits and repair as needed.

Assist with startup, commission and re-commission of customer systems that utilize electrical/electronic technology

Provide exemplary service to clients

Respond to emergency calls in a timely manner

Collaborate with customers on diagnostics and repair of complex systems malfunctions requiring knowledge of a variety of electronic or digital controls systems

Meets regularly with customer to become familiar with operating problems.

Adheres to all Hawks and customer safety standards

Participates in training classes as assigned and conducts extensive self-study to develop technical proficiency in the company's product lines.

Complete documentation on time including timesheets, expense reports, work orders, on-site requirements and XOI's.

Requirements:
- Must have and maintain a valid driver's license in good standing.

Basic understanding of control logic
-
experience troubleshooting DDC systems.

Must be service oriented and willing to work effectively with customers' on-site staff
-
Prior experience in HVAC and/or Building Automation preferred

Technical Business School Certificate/Diploma OR post high school training with a minimum of 3+ years' experience.

Strong mechanical mindset and attention to detail.

Ability to use hand/power tools and electrical testing equipment.

Ability to climb ladders in excess of 8 feet above ground level and lifting items up to 50 pounds.
