Duties
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and safety.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with precision, utilizing order picker equipment and inventory management software.
- Maintain accurate stock levels by performing regular inventory counts and updating records in warehouse management systems
- Load outbound shipments onto trucks efficiently while adhering to shipping & receiving protocols and trade compliance standards.
- Organize warehouse storage areas by stocking shelves, managing pallets, and ensuring proper packaging for safe transportation.
- Assist with shipping logistics by coordinating with carriers, preparing shipping documents, and tracking deliveries to meet delivery deadlines.
- Support warehouse operations by performing data entry tasks related to order fulfillment, inventory management, and logistics documentation.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and safety standards during all warehouse activities.
Requirements
- Prior experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers is not mandatory; training will be provided.
- Strong basic math skills for counting stock, measuring dimensions, and calculating weights accurately.
- Excellent data entry skills combined with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for reporting purposes.
- Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures, order picking & packing processes, and e-commerce fulfillment is desirable.
- Good physical stamina to stand, lift heavy items, load & unload shipments throughout the shift.
- Demonstrated customer service skills to support internal teams and external partners effectively.

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 5.0 – 30.0 per week
