National Sales Manager – North America
MNR Technology is a global design, manufacturing and supply chain management company, specializing in custom engineered products for a broad range of clients in the Consumer and Industrial products markets.
The position will be located in our Seacoast New Hampshire Headquarters, and will support a US and European Customer base, as well as a international and domestic manufacturing base.
This is an exciting opportunity to join our rapidly growing business in a fast-paced product design/engineering and manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will join a Global team (reporting into US/EU based management team) and will have the opportunity to work alongside the product design engineers and cross functional teams helping to deliver a stream of NPI projects on budget to challenging technical requirements and timelines.
Title: National Sales Manager
I. Sales Activity for MNR USA
- manage contracted sales reps and develop new sales reps in uncovered territories
- schedule sales trips with reps and prepare for customer meetings
- provide necessary material and intellectual support to sales reps
- create and maintain MNR USA sales forecast
- identify discrepancies between forecast and bookings
- dial for dollars once discrepancies are identified
- manage NBOs and RFQs
II. Project Management
- maintain project database
- collect required customer design files and insure engineering creates timely quote packs
- select vendor base to support NBOs
- identify MNR consigned material requirements
- source MNR consigned components
- create job cost and customer quotation
- work with engineering to insure tooling design packs are complete and accurate
- establish tooling schedule with vendors and track tooling status
- provide FAI tooling samples to customer as soon as possible
- support customer FAI tooling approval process
III. Customer Service/Operations
- provide an overview to customer service/operations of newly booked projects
- review new tooling orders
- establish proper product codes
- insure customer service creates required system part numbers
- identify all customer requirements during production – transportation, packaging, documentation, etc.
- once approved for production, review administrative production requirements with customer service dept (shipping terms, BOMs, order acknowledgements, inventory relief, consigned material)
- release production management to customer service after first production run
- provide customer service dept support on customer and vendor red flag issues
- review inventory report with real inventory
IV. Production Planning/Scheduling
- review production schedule with customer service
- maintain correspondence with factories to support customer service dept with delivery requirements
V. RMA/Quality Management
- identify root cause and implement corrective action (create 8D report)
- establish recovery plan between customer/factory
- instruct customer service on required RMA actions (material disposition, credit/debit instructions)
VI. P+L Responsibility; Gross Margin
- meet/exceed monthly sales targets
- manage DacEasy production schedule to accurately reflect dollarized backlog
- maximize existing product gross margin and NBO gross margin
VII. Education
- BS Engineering with 15 years experience
- MBA prefered
- MS Office, Solidworks, Excel.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
