What You'll Be Doing
- Greeting and serving guests with genuine warmth and attentiveness
- Taking orders accurately and efficiently, with confidence at the point of sale
- Handling cash and card transactions with care and accountability
- Communicating clearly with the kitchen and FOH team to keep things moving
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming front counter at all times
- Representing the Roost standard on every single shift
Who You Are
You do not need prior restaurant experience. We will train the right person. What we cannot train is work ethic, reliability, or a genuine care for people. If you show up on time, take ownership of your section of the restaurant, and bring real energy to the guest experience, you will thrive here.

Availability and Schedule
We are hiring for both day and evening shifts. Full-time and part-time schedules are available. Flexible scheduling options exist for the right candidate, and we work with people who communicate clearly about their availability.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base wage of $13 to $15 per hour, based on experience and fit
- Hourly tips averaging $6 to $7, deposited directly to your bank account weekly
- Shift meal included on all shifts five hours or longer
- 50% off your meal on shorter shifts
- 50% off dining for you and a guest
- Flexible scheduling built around clear, direct communication
