Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Maintenance/Material Coordinator to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Oversee procurement processes, including sourcing parts from OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers) and negotiating pricing with suppliers to optimize costs.
- Manage inventory levels using inventory management systems and CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to ensure accurate parts administration and availability.
- Coordinate warehouse activities such as shipping & receiving, parts storage, and order fulfillment to support automotive repair, auto body work, and equipment maintenance.
- Utilize ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems to track parts sourcing, order management, demand planning, and logistics inventory management.
- Maintain detailed records of parts administration, pricing adjustments, and supplier communications to facilitate efficient procurement management.
- Support internal communication channels by providing timely updates on parts availability, order status, and inventory control issues.
- Assist with vehicle systems diagnostics support by ensuring the availability of necessary automotive parts and accessories for repair jobs.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in supply chain management, warehouse operations, or logistics inventory management within an automotive or manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of automotive diagnostics, vehicle systems, OEM parts sourcing, and automotive service procedures.
- Hands-on experience with inventory management systems such as CMMS or ERP platforms; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
- Valid forklift certification; experience with warehouse equipment repair is a plus.
- Excellent negotiation skills with supplier management experience to secure favorable pricing and terms.
- Mechanical knowledge related to automotive parts and accessories is highly desirable.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to handle data entry accurately and manage multiple priorities efficiently.

Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
