The Process IE is responsible for developing, improving, and maintaining production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance. This role focuses on creating standard operating procedures (SOPs), conducting time studies, supporting automation initiatives, and providing training to production teams. The Process IE also plays a key role in customer audits and resolving IE-related issues.

Write and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for PCBA and FA.

Analyze and improve production processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Conduct training sessions for operators and supervisors on updated processes and SOPs.

Perform time and motion studies to establish standard times for operations.

Assist in implementing automation solutions to improve production efficiency.

Participate in customer audits and respond to IE-related inquiries and corrective actions.

SOP Accuracy & Timeliness: 100% of SOPs updated and approved before production changes.

Process Efficiency: Achieve 3–5% improvement in cycle time per quarter.

Training Completion: Ensure 100% of production staff trained on new SOPs within 2 weeks of release.

Standard Time Accuracy: Maintain ±5% variance in time standards during audits.

Automation Projects: Support at least 2 automation initiatives per year.

Audit Compliance: Zero major findings related to IE processes during customer audits.

Plan and track layout setup based on product requirements.

Coordinate and monitor progress for new plant construction and build-up activities.

Lead internal and customer capacity meetings.

Prepare and deliver internal/customer capacity assessment reports.

Upload D1 product model information into customer systems (e.g., Anaplan).

Implement AI Digital Transformation projects to enhance operational efficiency.

Support parallel implementation of overseas projects, ensuring consistency and compliance with global standards.

Layout Completion: 100% of layout changes completed on time and aligned with product launch schedules.

Capacity Accuracy: Maintain 98% accuracy in capacity reports and forecasts.

Customer System Updates: Upload D1 product model data within 24 hours of request.

Project Delivery: Complete AI digital transformation milestones on time and within budget.

Global Alignment: Zero major deviations in overseas project implementation compared to corporate standards.

Education: Graduated from university or above, major in Industrial Engineering.

Work Experience: 2–5 years in process engineering or industrial engineering.
