Youthful Haven Residential Treatment Center is seeking compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Direct Care Staff to join our team for our overnight shift (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM).
In this role, you will provide supervision, support, and care for girls ages 9–17 in a safe, family-oriented, trauma-informed residential setting. Overnight staff play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our residents, maintaining a calm and structured environment, completing documentation, conducting routine safety checks, and responding appropriately to residents' needs throughout the night.
