Key Responsibilities

Greet customers with a friendly, positive attitude

Take customer’s orders and payments in both the lobby and at the drive-thru

Prepare and assemble menu items according to Taco Bell standards
- Assist the restaurant with maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment, including back of house kitchen area, dining room, restrooms, and drive-thru areas

Support fellow team members and shift leaders by communicating clearly

Assist in resolving customer concerns or food issues quickly and professionally, escalating to a shift leader when needed
