We are seeking an experienced and motivated manager to lead daily operations at our East China Dairy Queen location. The manager is responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining high food quality and safety standards, managing staff, and driving sales and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, inventory, and cash management
- Recruit, train, and develop team members and shift leaders
- Ensure outstanding customer service and resolve customer concerns promptly
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and brand standards
- Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the restaurant at all times
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of restaurant/retail management experience (quick-service preferred)
- Restaurant/fast food work experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required

- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Lift up to 30 lbs
