What You'll Do
- Deliver exceptional men's haircut and grooming experiences Build long-term relationships with clients Recommend products and services that improve the client experience Participate in ongoing training and development Contribute positively to team culture Continuously improve your technical and guest service skills

What We're Looking ForRequired Skills
- Active Cosmetology or Barber License Strong proficiency in men's grooming services Ability to perform skin fades, tapers, bald fades, beard trims, and modern men's styles Strong consultation and communication skills Ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality Commitment to delivering an exceptional client experience
