Westside Habitats LLC is a fast-paced real estate investment and property management company. We are currently seeking a Building Property Inspector to join our team. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, reliable, and experienced in property inspections and maintenance oversight.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform monthly property inspections and follow up on necessary repairs or improvements
- Conduct regular walks of apartment complexes to ensure compliance with company standards of appearance, cleanliness, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Produce detailed daily reports of all units and properties inspected by you.
· Perform additional duties as assigned to support property management operations.
· Oversee building maintenance projects, including preventative maintenance tasks.
- Provide access to units for inspections, vendors, and notices.

Physical Demands
- Must be able to walk apartment buildings, climb stairs, and travel between properties in varying outdoor weather conditions.
- Ability to exert up to 25 pounds of force occasionally, frequently, or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or move objects.
- Travel between sites may be required, varying in frequency and duration.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in property inspections, facilities, or maintenance preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to produce clear inspection reports and follow up on repairs.
- Dependable, professional, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
