The Hair Artistry Studio is a luxury private salon in Harrison, NY, and we’re looking for a reliable, professional Part-Time Salon Assistant to join our growing team.
This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who is passionate about the beauty industry, enjoys working with clients, and wants to learn and grow in a high-end salon environment.
Responsibilities
- Shampoo and prepare clients for services
- Assist with hair color applications and treatments
- Blow-dry assistance (experience is a plus)
- Keep the salon clean, organized, and fully stocked
- Greet clients and provide exceptional customer service
- Help with appointment scheduling and confirmations
- Assist with social media content when needed
Requirements
- Valid New York Cosmetology License (or currently enrolled in cosmetology school)
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Reliable, punctual, organized, and detail-oriented
- Friendly, motivated, and eager to learn
- Passion for delivering an exceptional client experience
Schedule
Fridays & Saturdays10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation
Competitive hourly pay based on experience, with opportunities for growth.
