Duties

- Use knife skills and slicing techniques to prepare ingredients accurately and safely
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service and uphold safety standards in production
Requirements
- Proven experience in a restaurant or food service environment, with strong kitchen experience preferred
- Knowledge of food safety management practices and adherence to safety standards in production
- Demonstrated culinary experience with skills in food preparation, cooking, and meal assembly
- Ability to perform food handling tasks efficiently while maintaining high hygiene standards
- Strong knife skills, slicing techniques, and proficiency in food industry best practices
