Job Title: Direct Hire Welder

About the Opportunity
Exegistics has partnered with a client in the Indianapolis market to identify experienced Welders for a direct hire opportunity. This is a hands-on role supporting manufacturing operations in a fast-paced production environment.

What You’ll Be Doing-
Perform MIG, TIG, and other welding based on project requirements

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and diagrams

Set up parts using fixtures and proper tooling

Grind, debur, and clean weldments to ensure quality finish

Use hand and power tools such as grinders, drills, and presses

Perform quality checks to ensure standards are met

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
What We’re Looking For-
Minimum 3 years of welding experience (MIG/TIG required)

Experience working with stainless steel, aluminum, and carbon steel

Ability to read blueprints and schematics

Strong attention to detail and quality

Knowledge of safety standards in a manufacturing environment

High school diploma or GED required

Welding certifications are a plus
Work Environment-
Fast-paced production setting

Standing for extended periods

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Manufacturing environment with moderate to high noise
