As a Tennis Sales Associate, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional in-store experience by assisting customers with equipment selection, product knowledge, and tennis services. From racquets and stringing recommendations to apparel and footwear, you will help customers find the right solutions to elevate their performance on the court.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and engage customers to deliver a positive and personalized shopping experienceMaintain up-to-date knowledge of tennis products, trends, and technologiesAssist customers with racquet selection, stringing recommendations, apparel, and footwearOperate point-of-sale systems and handle transactions accuratelyIdentify opportunities to exceed customer expectations through proactive problem-solvingLearn and apply effective sales techniquesMerchandise soft goods and maintain store cleanliness and visual standardsLearn racquet stringing and re-gripping (training provided)Restock merchandise and monitor inventory levelsFollow safety procedures when using tools and equipment
Qualifications:
