We are looking for:
- Someone who has 3+ years of cooking experience.
- Serve safe certified or culinary degree preferred but not a deal breaker.
- Someone who has great communication skills and a good work ethic.
- Someone who is a team player and gets along with all staff especially FOH workers.
- Shifts mainly consist of high energy weekend dinner service shifts and the occasional prep, event, or banquet shift.
- Perks include employee meal discounts, flexible scheduling, and extra shifts pickup through Sling scehduling app.
We are transparent about pay structures at the Lakely. Cooks and BOH workers split 5% of total food sales for the evening and that amount is distributed to the BOH workers by hours worked that night.
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
