Paragon Physical Therapy and Rehab has an immediate opening for a full-time Physical Therapy Assistant. Starting salary is negotiable depending on experience. A valid Arizona PTA license is required.

Core Responsibilities
- Patient Care: Implementing the specific treatment plan created by the physical therapist, which includes assisting patients with stretching, massage, and balance training.
- Equipment Assistance: Teaching patients how to use and navigate supportive devices like walkers, canes, or prosthetics.
- Monitoring & Documentation: Observing patients before, during, and after therapy and recording progress to report back to the supervising physical therapist. Document patient progress and communicate effectively with the healthcare team. Participate in discharge planning and collaborate with other healthcare professionals.
- Education: Counseling patients and their families on home exercise programs and post-treatment care.

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
