- 8:00PM – 8:00AM
- 12-hour shifts (2-2-3 days: alternating 36/48-hour weeks;“Continental Shift”)

Job Summary
The Production Supervisor-Nights oversees all aspects of night-shift manufacturing operations, including safety, quality, production output, employee performance, and continuous improvement. This is a hands-on, floor-based and on-site leadership role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead production employees on the night shift
- Meet production goals while maintaining safety and quality standards
- Monitor extrusion processes and direct line/process adjustments
- Ensure accurate inspections, documentation, and reporting
- Train, coach, motivate, and discipline employees
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized production area
- Conduct shift handoffs and communicate issues to management
- Drive continuous improvement, waste reduction, and efficiency
- Champion a safety-first culture
- Ability to build trust, coach employees, hold team members accountable while promoting a culture of respect, engagement and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of manufacturing supervisory experience
- Plastic extrusion experience (preferred)
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and output
- Comfortable working in hot or cold manufacturing environments
- Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- ISO experience (9001, 14001, 16949) and OSHA knowledge a plus
