We are hiring an Entry Level Sales Associate to support customers in the I.E. with accessible mobile services. Through consultative sales engagement, the Entry Level Sales Associate will also generate sales, reinforce sales through clarity and honesty, and maintain strong sales performance by helping residents stay connected affordably.
As an Entry Level Sales Associate, you will begin with training on accessible mobile services, focusing on low-cost plan selections, dependable features, and helpful device advice, so you can help customers navigate options easily. The Entry Level Sales Associate will then visit customers directly to highlight affordable mobile solutions that fit real-life needs and finances.
Responsibilities of the Entry Level Sales Associate
- Partner with customers during sales outreach to understand mobile needs and recommend affordable plan options that fit their communication habits.
- Explain coverage benefits, data features, and device choices in clear, friendly language that builds trust and confidence.
- Prepare comparison tools, enrollment materials, and support documents that help sales staff and Entry Level Sales Associates operate efficiently.
- Walk customers through each stage of enrollment, ensuring accuracy and a seamless handoff to activation teams.
- Maintain organized sales records of customer preferences, outreach conversations, and follow‑up steps to support team alignment.
- Assist with daily sales outreach efforts by greeting customers, answering questions, and helping create a positive first interaction.
Qualifications of the Entry Level Sales Associate
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience in sales or customer support is a plus.
- Willingness to learn mobile service offerings and stay updated on plan changes.
- Ability to assist sales staff by preparing enrollment materials and supporting daily workflow.
- Confident in interacting with customers in person and guiding them through enrollment steps.
Pay: $950.00 - $1,350.00 per week
