Spavia SouthPark is seeking licensed Massage Therapists at all levels of experience to join our independently owned and operated luxury day spa in Charlotte, NC.

Compensation
- $55–$68 per hour, including treatment pay and gratuity (based on experience and modalities)
- Annual earnings of $65,000–$81,000, to begin based on a consistent schedule and being scheduled for 30 hours per week.
- Additional income through commissions, memberships, and performance bonuses
What You’ll Do
- Provide high-quality relaxation and therapeutic massage services
- Perform a variety of treatments including Signature, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone, Sports, and Maternity
- Offer enhancements such as CBD, Cupping and Hypervolt to elevate results and guest experience
- Deliver an exceptional experience in a true luxury spa environment
- Participate in paid in-house training and continuing education

Requirements
- Active State Massage Therapy License
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Drug- and alcohol-free
