About This Role
The HVAC Technician will oversee systems that control the humidity, temperature and overall air quality within buildings.
Responsibilities

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Monitoring and servicing systems
- Diagnosing problems and troubleshooting equipment
- Running tests and completing reports
- Updating and improving existing systems
- Repairing or replacing faulty equipment
The Experience You Bring and the Skills we Need:
- 1-3 years of servicing, diagnosing and repairing industrial HVAC systems
- Familiar with a wide range of HVAC systems, controls, and installation methods, preferably roof top units and/or air handlers
- Universal EPA Certifications or Industrial Trades Certificate in HVAC-R or Associate in Applied Science: Industrial HVAC-R
- Strong communication skills
- Strong time management skills
- Experience utilizing a computerized maintenance management system
- This is a dynamic team, and as such daily tasks may vary, resulting in a fast-paced and lively work environment
Physical Requirements
- Use hands to handle, control, or feel objects, tools, or controls.
- Reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear.
- Regularly required to stand and walk.
- Frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Comfortable working in a greenhouse environment (tolerance of heat & humidity)

Pay: Up to $36.00 per hour
