What You'll Do
As a VW Certified Sales Consultant, you'll create an exceptional buying experience from the moment a customer walks through our doors or contacts us online.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Responding promptly to internet, email, and phone inquiries
- Helping customers select the Volkswagen that best fits their lifestyle and budget
- Demonstrating vehicle features, technology, performance, and safety systems
- Explaining available options, accessories, and protection products
- Building trust through outstanding customer service and product knowledge
- Overcoming objections professionally and confidently
- Guiding customers through every step of the sales process—from greeting to delivery
- Following up with customers to create lifelong relationships and repeat business
What We're Looking For
We're searching for individuals who:
- Have a positive, energetic attitude
- Love working with people and providing exceptional customer service
- Are motivated to achieve personal and financial success
- Possess strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Have previous sales experience (automotive experience is a plus, but not required)
- Hold a valid driver's license
